(Teachers are required to share a group photo of the session they attend at the beginning of each class to track lesson and student participation. These photos may be shared on our social media pages for promotional purposes.)
– Uygulama konum bilgilerinizi ders yerini belirleme ya da sizi derse götürme amacıyla kullanır. Diğer kişilerle konumunuz paylaşılmaz.
(The app uses your location data to determine the lesson venue or guide you to your class. Your location is not shared with others.)
– Uygulamamız içinde şiddet, zorbalık, müstehcenlik vb. suç unsuru içeren paylaşım, yorum ve görseller yapay zeka aracığıyla engellenir ya da tarafımızca silinebilir.
(Any content, comments, or visuals containing violence, bullying, obscenity, or similar criminal elements within the app are blocked by AI or may be removed by us.)
– Tüm öğrenciler derslere katıldıktan sonra dersi ve öğretmen ile ilgili puanlama yoluyla dersi ve eğitmeni değerlendirir. Öğretmenlerin bu yorumları değerlendirmesi kendi sorumluluğundadır.
(After each class, students are expected to rate the lesson and the teacher. Reviewing and responding to feedback is the teacher’s own responsibility.)

(Lessons booked through the app cannot be cancelled after they are reserved. Attending the lesson is the responsibility of the student.)

(Lessons created through the app cannot be cancelled. Attending the lesson is the responsibility of the teacher. Teachers who are late or absent twice within the same month may have their accounts deactivated by our administrators.)
– Ders süresi katılan öğrenci sayısına göre belirlenir. 1 öğrenci: 25dk, 2 öğrenci: 40dk, 3 öğrenci: 50dk, 4 öğrenci: 60dk, 5 öğrenci: 70dk, 6 öğrenci: 80dk, 7 öğrenci: 90dk, 8 öğrenci: 100dk. 4 öğrenciden fazla katılım olduğunda derse 10 dk ara verilir.
(Lesson duration is determined based on the number of attending students: 1 student: 25 min, 2 students: 40 min, 3 students: 50 min, 4 students: 60 min, 5 students: 70 min, 6 students: 80 min, 7 students: 90 min, 8 students: 100 min. A 10-minute break is given when more than 4 students attend.)
– Öğretmenler öğrenci sayısınca belirtilen ders saati süresine uymak zorundadır. Ders süresinden önce bitirilemez. Aktivite açan öğretmenler, açtığı aktivitelerde öğrenci sayısından bağımsız olarak en az 2 saat aktiviteyi sürdürmek zorundadır.
(Teachers are required to follow the lesson durations based on student count. A lesson cannot end earlier than scheduled. Teachers hosting activities must continue the session for at least 2 hours, regardless of student count.)
– Eğer oturum ticari bir işletmedeyse öğretmen oturum başında tüm öğrencilerden İngilizce içecek siparişi alarak bulunduğu işletmeye destek olmak zorundadır.
(If a session is held in a commercial venue, the teacher must support the venue by taking an English drink order from each student at the beginning of the session.)
– Oturumlar ticari bir işletmedeyse tüm öğrencilerin en az bir sipariş vermesi zorunludur.
(If the session is held in a commercial venue, all students are required to place at least one order.)
– Öğretmenler kendi inisiyatifiyle park, kampus vb. ücretsiz kamusal alanlarda oturum açabilir ve öğrencilerine kendi imkanlarıyla çay-kahve ikramında bulunabilir. (termos, plastik bardak vb.)
(Teachers may voluntarily host sessions in public areas such as parks or campuses and may offer tea or coffee to their students using their own means, like a thermos, plastic cups, etc.)
